Why does their phone not work?? Beside that I like the prices. And finally figured out how to pay on li e and now everything is good.
Employees were super rude ab me PAYING for my gmas insurance. She is hard of hearing & has been in a wheelchair for a long while and during this time it is hard for her to go in and pay for things herself. Everytime I call no one answers. I am 2 months away from changing my gmas insurance.. Bc they don't answer phones and they don't take drop off payments. They could at least have employees stand outside and assist customers.
