I had been hired on as temp to hire last week. I had only been there 3 days-hardly enough to determine whether or not I could last there. Many of the employees were friendly, and I thought that we got along pretty good.nnThan after I come home on that 3rd day, I get a call from my employment agency, that they don’t want me any more, and they didn’t feel I could make it there. NO EXPLANATION! After just 3 days?nnHow could any employer know what I was capable of after only 3 days?
