MUST SUBMIT REQUEST TO LEAVE AT LEAST 15 DAYS PRIOR. please read your contract they are counting on this weird clause to not have to refund you your deposit. Then they make it impossible to get in touch. I gave verbal notice when I went to renew the locker mid month that we only needed a few weeks but since it goes the first to the first of the month, they made me pay for a full month. So they'll take afull month of money for less time. Got that? Gave two stars becasue they had space when we needed it but am guessing that people who know storage won't deal with this. Go elsewhere or pay movers to pack stuff if you're doing this for a move. Cheaper and more honest
Needed a storage unit for moving, called and surprisingly they answered the phone (never in the office!!!) I rushed over to get a key because they close early on Friday’s and the rude guy in the office gave me a key to a storage unit that was already rented out!!! Found out when we had our truck loaded and a second lock was on the unit. An entire weekend waisted because they don’t return phone calls if you have issues. Had to contact the sister company Jenko, they were very nice and helpful getting me another unit. When finished with the unit I had to submit a letter ahead time in writing to notify them that I wasn’t renewing. I cleaned and swept out the unit returning it in better condition than when I got it, it’s 5 months later and haven’t received my security deposit. Storage units are really nice and in a good location it’s just dealing with the office. I would bypass the main office and contact Jenko if using these units.
