I just want to reach out and thank Martee Mikalson for all that she has done to help our business. I made a big mistake when I first started building my bakery. I made bad buying decisions and when I finally consulted with her, she shared with me exactly what I needed, what to look for, a checklist of what to do, who to call, the exact equipment type. I wished I wouldn't told her sooner, I would've saved thousands! But thanks to her expertise, I was not only able to just save, but feel that i trust her opinion and that she's the first person I would call before I ever make a decision to my business needs. Madison gem! Love this store & I don't own a business! Skip the big box stores & chasing sales on marked up products & buy your kitchen goods here! If I could have their appliances in my kitchen I totally would & it would be more reasonably priced than some residential appliances. My only request would be that they have just one day a week that they could be open after 5pm or on the weekend.
Love this place. Madison is lucky to have it. Have bought many things from here, have had many meetings in the beautiful facility, and now working with a kitchen design team. Though I wish someone knew how to run the virtual reality kitchen program...many of us were really looking forward to using it.
New location! They are friendly and helpful.nIf you are delivering in a full size road truck with a sleeper, things can be tight if there are also vehicles delivering across the lot.
Great store! We order online from them now that we no longer live nearby. Prices are REALLY good, and you can find kitchen items there that aren't available anywhere else. Also, the quality of the items they sell are commercial kitchen-grade. Glad you're there, we'll be customers forever!
