We have had Walgenmeyer’s assist us in upgrading flooring in various rooms of our home. There is no pressure when you walk into the showroom. Their customer service is stellar. They patiently walk through all the options with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your choices. If that isn’t enough, they take the time to explain the whole process to you, start to finish. The work is professionally done and there is a sense of comfort knowing the people at Walgenmeyer’s took the time to make your vision come to life. I highly recommend them to anyone and have multiple times. Great people. Great work. Great end result!

We have had carpet, tile and laminate floor installed by Walgenmeyer's. Their service has been excellent from start to finish. Great showroom, no pressure and they take the time to make sure you get what you want and what will last. Installers have been great to work with as well. Highly recommend!!

5 stars for customer service! We had some issues with some tiles shrinking on our cold basement floor in the winter. The folks at Walgenmeyer's worked with the manufacturer to determine the issue was not with how it was installed, but with the product itself. We needed to choose a different product less prone to expanding and contracting. The new product was more expensive and of course had to be installed again, but Walgenmeyer's didn't charge us for any of that. They understood that we didn't get what we expected and it really wasn't anybody's fault. Top notch!nnThey were also happy to work with us to achieve a somewhat difficult, curved, transition between the carpet and tile. I'm know it took extra work to do that, especially with the tile change, but they achieved it and at no additional charge. They've got some skilled people working for them.nnI'd definitely recommend stopping here. You'll be treated very well.

Amazing customer service! Very knowledgeable with what flooring would work best in our home. Great company to work with! Would highly recommend! We refer everyone we know to them!
