Outstanding qaulity. Structural and finish detail were both very impressive.
Scott and crew removed a load bearing wall between my kitchen and living room and added a patio door leading to the backyard. Great communication on timeline and fantastic work. Very well priced for the craftsmanship.
I manage the building for the company I work for, Family Service Madison. It is important to me to have someone I trust to call when we have a building issues or we are having improvements made. Scott and his crew did a GREAT job for us remodeling an unfinished lower level. This included adding in a kitchenette. He was dependable, his price was great and his people did excellent work. We trusted him completely and he came through completely. If we had questions, he was quick to respond and the few surprises that came up (and that is not uncommon in remodeling situations), we easily negotiated solutions. He was a very easy going pleasant person to work with.
Rented from s&r. The place needed some work but it's in an area that the house will be demolished soon to build for a high rise so I cant complain there. I was never bothered by them. If the house was in better shape I would have given them 5 stars. Good people for sure. I liked renting from them.
