I was told ahead of time that to upgrade my phone there would be no extra charges and turns out there was hidden fees of $300 this is outrageous and unacceptable I wouldn't have upgraded my phone had I known about these outrageous hidden fees so WATCH OUT FOR HIDDEN FEES! When it was still just sprint they never charged me any extra hidden fees for anything. The people working at the store are very deceiving in this matter, all together I spent $600 just for a simple upgrade!
If I could give it less I would. The only good thing about this place is it’s next to a Chinese place.
Phone is awful. Hours are terrible. Cant call them.
The team at this location is outstanding. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. I told them what I was looking for and they provided without any push for something else. I had my new phone up and running in far less time than I thought it would take.nnI had been to the location in the mall a few days before, but I didn't feel appreciated as a returning customer. But here it was a lot different. Other customers who were there at the same time were treated just as special. Go here!
This place is legit, great group of guys in there who know what they are doing and are more than willing to help me. The manager, Charles, and Christian were great, ended up buying them food because they helped me so much. Remarkable.
