Very helpful, loaned me a scan tool and checked my battery for me as well. Asst. Manager even installed a new battery for me. Very helpful place.

3 weeks ago my boyfriend called in to see if they had a part for his van. Which they did and so he had them hold it under my name. But when I swung by to grab it and told them my name none of the 3 employees knew anything about it. Had to call my boyfriend and confirm what he said to them, got the part number and went back in. They said they had one left (my bf said so as well, that they were holding) the employee had walked back into an isle and grabbed the part. Then rung it up as if I just walked in with a random question. I’m pretty lenient with customer service people, but that was just ridiculous.
