Colin is awesome! Built a new home with Veridian Homes and Automation Arts was in charge of the smart tech in the home. Colin was in charge of setup and was great to work with. Great follow through and didn't mind all of my dumb questions. Always willing to help with other tech questions too. Super knowledgeable. Should I ever need help in the future will definitely contact Colin and Automation Arts!!
We hired this company to help us set up a connect 4 at our new house. I was told they would send someone out with no quote of cost. The guy came, was at the house for two hours and then ultimately was unable to finish set up. Months later we received a bill for FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS. I know it was a generous assumption they did this as a free service, but I think it should be standard practice to quote before sending someone AND to offer a quote before staying for a few hours. Not to mention the service we needed was never completed. Super disappointing.
Great service and support from the team. I have used them for several home A/V projects from home theater installs to home networking -- always happy with the results. Highly recommended!
This company really is pretty terrible. No idea how the technology they use works and when it malfunctions they refuse to support you.
