Dan is brilliant. We've been using ByteSize on the eastside since forever, and they've always come through. This last time was a nail-biter as my C drive was practically dead. Yet somehow, Dan managed to transfer ALL of my documents, photos, websites, etc. onto my new laptop. He spent a lot of extra time doing so, and I am beyond grateful.
