I bought a beautiful granite countertop when we remodeled our kitchen 5 yrs ago. It started to develope white spots all over a part of it. When I called to ask if someone could come out and take a look, I was told that they would not come unless I would put half down on a repair estimate that was put together from pictures that I had sent via email. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They have not been out to see or fix the issue.

Fabulous! Fabulous! Fabulous! They (esp.John) had to come back and fix a cpl. issues, and he fixed other installers errors!?! I couldn't believe it!! I couldn't have asked for more! GREAT Job installer JOHN!!!

Thanks for the GREAT job on my kitchen. I searched for months looking for the right counters and sink. I walked into B & B Laminates and the entire project came together in minutes. I received wonderful suggestions, was shown the newest styles and colors and received great service. In a matter of weeks I had my new counters with an undermount sink, ---plus it was delivered and installed with great care and ease. Every day when I walk into my kitchen I am thrilled with the new look. Thank you to the team at B & B!

I called and set up appointment for them to measure countertops, took over a week to get the first appointment scheduled. Meanwhile I drove to their location 30 min to ask if I could pay my 50% down on the WED they said not give it to the measurer on FRI. FRI I take day off work waited and waited as they gave no time when he would arrive. I called at 10am to find out the guy had not gotten to work yet. Then I am told he be at the house at noon. Noon I get a phone call Brent is to busy today, with other measures, I said really earlier I seen the list he has 2 measures today that is all. Lady says that is correct, he is really taking the day off! So I lose a day of work, AND they cannot order my materials because they do not have my deposit. I was told they ordered their supplies on Fridays so I begged them to please get my order in so we do not get set behind farther. No idea if that actually happened. Tuesday comes the real measure happens, day 2 off work. The guy who came was great, really nice guy. He wrote on my order ASAP. I hear nothing from BB Laminates so i call them at the week and a half mark which is the time the company told me they would have my counter tops. They have me on the schedule work another week out and did not bother to tell me. I have had our children eating breakfast and dinner next door at the neighbors for 3 weeks because of them, and the saga still continues....

We had B&B do the countertops in our new house, and they are beautiful!! The installers were professional and on time. No issues at all. We had some trouble deciding what color countertops to go with, so they let us take larger samples of our two top choices to live with for a few days. Most other places give you a sample too small or make you pay some money, but they didn't. They were very helpful. We put granite in our kitchen and quartz in our bathrooms. The prices were reasonable when compared to other area suppliers. Overall, we would definitely recommend them.
