These guys are pros! I use them to sell and purchase my home and I'm very impressed with the level of service. On top of that they save me a lot of money with my insurance. Wish I would have learned about them sooner .

Purchased their groupon in February and just got my license. It was all online and very easy to navigate their system. I really appreciated the e-book that comes with the class it was included in the price (HUGE PLUS) and was straight to the point and easy to read. Although the broker isn't in the class he is always available for questions. I am not an online learner what so ever so I was actually very hesitant to take this course but I'm so glad I did. The final exams were a bit challenging but nothing ridiculous and I passed the state exam on my first try!! I took the contract writing course here as well and it was very informative the broker Earnest is extremely knowledgeable keeps you engaged and shares some of his tricks and tips in making it in the Real estate industry. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended. It is at your own pace which I struggled with a little but it allowed me the time to fully learn a lesson before moving on to the next. The receptionist, Melissa, & broker Earnest were all very friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything, GREAT TEAM & GREAT SCHOOL!

I enjoyed taking my Real Estate class here. Melissa from the front desk was always friendly. The contract class was awesome! The only think that I wish they could fix which will help many students in the long run is to check the course textbook. I used the book to study for the Real Estate Exam and I saw many errors (e.g. contradictions within itself). I sent a couple of emails to the school about this to see if I was wrong, but there was no response. Anyways, other than this, it was a good online course to take.

Very rude people and horrible customer service. Responds back with autopilot responses. Doesn't actually listen to how you word your sentences then rudely hangs up when they assume what you calling about when you made very clear what the call is about. Its never good to do to business with people who aren't very good listeners and are very assumptive even though things are very clearly spoken and simple to understand. Work on your communication skills and you might be more then what your business is now,.

Rattler Realty is the absolute best! Ernie is so knowledgeable when it comes to real estate, he is helpful, patient, and he ALWAYS answers the phone...I called a LOT. I will only buy or sell w/ Rattler Realty! 10/10 would recommend!
