Easiest purchase yet-after 20yrs of shopping there! I had already bought a washer a few months prior and knew when the time came I would get matching dryer. I called and within 5 minutes had bought new dryer and set up appointment for delivery. Could not have been easier and the staff were very professional. On delivery I had a special request to open up old dryer to see if my lost license was in there. The delivery guy worked on it and when I wanted to give up, he didn't, and sure enough the ID finally was found!! I was very grateful for his persistence!! Also the door got switched when the set up guy noticed on wrong side for my space. Going the extra miles are a bonus to an already great store! Thanks Rockweiler's and we will be back!!

These clowns have lost my business twice. The first time they kept mentioning they would get a specific model refrigerator in stock. They never did get it in stock after three times of going to the store and asking, is it in stock? Now they cannot answer their phone, plus the phone is always busy. I have taken my business elsewhere twice. I have never gave them my business. The way they conduct business I never will give them my business, or bother with the clowns again. They flat out suck.

my dad had rockweiler's come and look at his washing machine, it wasn't an easy fix so they decided to buy a new one all fine and dandy. They decided on a date and time to have it delivered. The time came they didn't show, my dad called them and one of the workers told him they forgot to put a sold sign on it and sold it to someone else. So they decided on a date and time when one (less quality than the previous model) would be available and when they could get it to him, almost a week later mind you. They didn't show on the day they said they would and haven't made any effort to ease the burden. My dads not in the best of health so it's not so simple for him to hit the laundromat up. After almost 20 years of going to them for services and electronics pretty terrible customer service. Pretty hard to shop locally when you treat someone like that.
