In regard to repair of a jewelry/music box: The owner is dishonest and lacks integrity. Listed in order as his excuses go; I don't work on them but I'll look at it. No time, very busy, I'll call you next week. "Ordered" a part waiting for delivery to see if you want to fix it. (seemed backwards to me) I can't get it open to fix it. (how was a part ordered?) Call me back Monday. Can't fix it. Pick it up. It was a three week wait time for nothing. I went elsewhere. Had it fixed in two minutes with lubrication - no charge.

Very friendly I have been going there for a few years now he fixes my wife's wedding ring and my gold necklace and he can make custom rings and is very affordable

Service is subpar. Owner loses jewelry when you take it in to get it fixed. Thumbs down!

Terrible service. Not only did this place lose my friend's ring, but, they are not refunding. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will be ripped off.
