Terrible experience. Was seen for transgender care back on july 3rd to start hormone therapy and was completly blown off. I'm STILL waiting to be called for a follow up appointment to actually start a month later. When I called to see when that appointment would be I was told to wait for a call from the dr because my dr was very busy. The doctor ignored what I had to say during the appointment and I ended up having a small breakdown in the parking lot after. I filled out the after visit survey and havnt received a response on that. This hospital obviously doesnt care about there paintents or at least not me. Save your time if your transgender and go to another dr. This one is NOT transgender friendly.

Most unprofessional clinic I have ever been to. To make it worse they got my address wrong and instead of calling me (they had my number on file) they decide to be lazy and send over a $20.00 bill to collections hurting my credit. Do yourself a favor and skip this clinic and find a more professional and competent clinic when it comes to your health.

E.r. said they could do nothing for my daughter and pediatrics took over 45 minutes to do a check up with no shots
