The owner DOES NOT return phone calls and made it almost impossible to get our refund back. The property is gated however the gate is always broken and is tied open.nnWhen I first rented from him I was concerned about the height difference from the driveway to our unit. He insisted that he would raise the driveway and that it would be easy because he had ties to Scott Construction. Long story short, it never got done and it was a PITA when I needed to move heavy stuff in and out of the shed.nnI would recommend renting from a facility that is timely and keeps up the property. Go somewhere else...
Manager has not returned our deposit and it is going on 2 months since the unit was cleaned and emptied. We even notified the manager Ben Scott ahead of time to let him know the exact date we would be out of the unit so he could rent it out again as soon as possible. We also went above and beyond to clean floor of unit with cat litter before we moved our stuff in because it was all oil from previous renters. To this date we have called Ben 6 times and have not received a single call back.
It's been 6 weeks since I left the unit and I still haven't gotten my deposit back. Ben is not returning calls either.
Been 6 months and I have not received a deposit despite them being notified a month in advance. Ben does not return calls at all.
It has been over 3 years and no return on deposit.
