These guys are CLOWNS! Had to order the furniture I wanted they said 2 weeks it would be in. I left $100 deposit. After 2 weeks I asked where my furniture was. They had absolutely not a clue but could I make a payment. I made another payment and waited another 2 weeks. Again they wouldn't return my calls so I appeared in person. The manager had no idea when the furniture was coming in and if I could make another payment. I refused and demanded my money back. Which they did. I thought that would be the end of it. It was not! The store kept calling me leaving nasty messages that I was late on my payment. Needless to say I was furious. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE MORONS!! oh they will slip a $300 warranty fee in the bill which is bogus and is for the salespersons commission. Don't believe the people that left a positive review if this was their only review. And according to some reviews you deserve to be screwed if you have bad credit??
To be frank, if you come on here and start complaining about prices, you are the reason they are. Read the contract, and understand the service these places actually offer. Great customer service, large variety.
For the negative comments. Obviously they Jack the prices, they have to make money too. It builds your credit. They don't screw you. It doesn't take that long to pay your item off unless you skip a payment. I've been going through them since 2012 and still continue to go through them.. The staff is very friendly and they're willing to help you out...
