Even though they were unable to resolve my issue as I had a pretty difficult request, the staff there were really great. Linden (I believe his name was) was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me in finding the things I needed for a radio antenna. However, unsuccessful this guy was fantastic. Real down to earth guy and did everything he could to assist me in what I was looking for.

Went here after a long day to get an xbox power cord, luke was absolutly amazing, not only did he help me find the item i was looking for but he also answer several questions i had without any negativity, he made my day go from bad to good faster than anyone has ever done, i 100% recommend this location

Went in about two weeks ago, the staff was friendly enough. Came in and spent $200 on a new phone screen for my iPhone, I was patient and understood that it took time to get the right screen and have it installed. Once I got my phone back I noticed that while I was using it the screen would register different parts of the screen as if I were touching them even if I wasn’t even touching my phone. Ignored it for a week since it wasn’t too big of a deal. It wasn’t selecting areas that would call people randomly or get in the way of typing too much which is why I ignored it. I figured that just turning it off and restarting it would fix the issue but immediately after I’d restart my phone it would begin again. One night it got way worse after it slipped out of my pocket when I sat down, the phone literally fell 2 1/2 feet at the most. I figured it was whatever since it still worked and I had the screen protector on but man was I wrong. The screen protector did the bare minimum even with a fall from about 2-3 feet off the ground. I will be bringing my phone in tomorrow morning to see if anything can be done but I will be extremely upset if they make me pay full price a second time. The phone itself is in perfectly fine condition, I would just like my screen repaired properly so that I no longer have issues with it. This RadioShack usually does good work but unfortunately this time around I was extremely disappointed.
