Convenient for the commuters.

The light rail station was clean and I had no issues with the machines.

One of the more run down stations on the METRO rail line, also one of the busiest stations. There has been more security presence lately but the station is still often trashed from the transients in the area.

Transients flood the area with drugs and alcoholism. There seems to be always something going on, with the police and security doing searches. Not very safe.

Used this park & ride location several times for Phx Comic-Con & trips to downtown court buildings. Parking lot stays reasonably well lit at night.
