I've been going here since I was a baby and I've never had such terrible service i cant ever get ahold of my doctor and the people at the front desk are very rude, wanted to change my doctor and went to explain why I wanted to switch and I got sent to the managers voice-mail....if you can't do your job and help out customers I suggest that position isn't right for you and now I will be going elsewhere. Very sad.

Great back-room nursing and support staff. The nurses will go out of their way for you, and the lab staff is good with needles.

Dr. Chao is amazing! I highly recommend this clinic/ pediatrician, it’s well worth the 1 hour + drive.nEvery clinic has there flaws with being late, not calling back when you need them, but this clinic has never disappointed me.

I left a message a front desk on January 18 for Karen Meng or her nurse to call me and no one bothered to call me. Very disappointed no one bothered to call! If too busy to talk to me let me know and I will go elsewhere!
