KO Storage provides another padlock as extra security for your stuff. Only you keep the keys. Loose them, and you will have to cut off that padlock yourself!
Absolutely perfect excellent service
Love their indoor storage facility and it's security. Nice people and it's very clean.
My son rented a unit to store his houshold items the while he served overseas in the military, and a year later, we moved his things and everything was water damaged. His homeowners will not cover the damage.The units leak water due to poor grading. Everything sitting on the floor was ruined. To the tune of 15k. They refused to pay and offered a grand. This company knows there is an issue if you look at the blacktop, between all the buildings it has been cut and a trench dug and black topped over. But obviously not enough. So they are aware of an issue. If you look, many of the units are empty. Probably for good reason. I would not use them ever again.
Units are clean and the facility is well managed. I can also get ahold of someone as needed and can get in and out easily.
