I arrived here just after 1pm only to discover that the business was closed for lunch from 12:45pm-1:45pm. There was a woman inside who simply shook her head at me and then ignored me. I even called earlier and would really appreciate to know that BEFORE I got a ride over there. This should be something posted online. Very rude and will never go here again.
It was a hot day! When I arrived they had you go in and get a number and go back outside where spaced seating was set up. There were two ladies handling customers, as 1 came out, 1 went in. There were 5 in front of me. On my turn the lady came out and got me, offering me ice water and a seat. She was very nice, professional, and fast. I have to go back but it's not scary now.
Need to get a number ticket before entering. But they were very nice and helped me with my MVD needs!
It took awhile cuz of the virus. But other than that it was fine
I was referred to them by Dave at Highway Choppers and I'm glad I was. My last title service company's customer service became frustrating for me and I'm happy that Dave told me about Iris and Marsha. Both spent time helping me work out a few issues I had and were extremely pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend them for your title services.
