Hour long wait at pharmacy. Asked how much longer, staff told me it was ready the whole time and that I must have not have heard my name being called.nI was sitting in the chairs right next to the pharmacy counter; the employee said that this area (waving his hands at the pharmacy waiting area and chairs) didn’t have the best speaker sound for callouts.nnI posted this review 7 months ago to the Walgreens page, but wanted to make sure it was on the ‘pharmacy’ specific page as well.

Bottom line is, the staff at this locations pharmacy, they all CARE. To add to that, the irritations of insurance issues or discounting, doctors offices, etc., these people know and handle it with a swiftness I have never seen at another Walgreens. I appreciate every last one of these good people working there. So Thank You, staff at Walgreen's Pharmacy location in Portage, WI. My hat off to all of you!!
