Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

Wanted a long pixie cut with an undercut. Got a shout pixie with a tapered cut on the back of my head. The haircut was about 4 times shorter than what I wanted. I even took in a picture of what I wanted. Didn't get it. So disappointed. Won't be going back there ever .I am vic's wife. This is his acct. .

I’m the type of person that is very picky with the work done on my hair. I like my stylist I had at home In California but recently moved to portage. I have very thick curly hair that sometimes fights me when I try and do anything to it. We fight but we have a love hate relationship. I take care of my hair making sure I get the best shampoos and conditioner not to mention products for frizz and curls. I had other options around portage but thought I’d give fantastic sams a try. I walked in was told I had to wait which I didn’t mind. Other places have a two week, sometimes longer waiting period before I could see anyone. I didn’t wait long. I knew exactly what I wanted a trim after all it was my first time here. I felt comfortable with my stylist I had color and highlights done. I have never had a stylist so warm and funny that I’ve felt I’ve known them forever. Then again we did spend half the day together. After all that I had done plus a quick brow wax while waiting for my hair, I loved my look. I normally would pay over $300 for the work I had done. I was shocked and amazed with the quality of the work! I would highly recommend Angelique and savanna. While I live here in portage, I now have my stylist I can go to!

My daughter Harmony had a really bad rats nest in her hair that I couldn't get out for the life of me. I decide to call Fantastic Sams in Portage, WI. I told them that it would probably take them a couple of hours just to get it out. I also stated that I want her hair hair cut and thinned because she has really thick hair. So the cut I figured would take another half hour. Since Harmony is 10, the lady said her cut would be $13.99 and to get the rats nest out, it will cost no more than $10. I was like okay cool. I made an appointment for 5pm. At 6:30pm they told me it will be a little extra because how much time it was taking. I said okay not a problem. At 7pm they started the cut. I asked the lady if I can just go ahead and pay for it. She said sure. 5 minutes later after figuring out my bill she told me the amount. My heart sank and my body went completely numb. I started balling my eyes out and told her I only had $95 to my name for the rest of the month. $83.99 IT COST ME. 84 FREAKING DOLLARS. I explained to her while balling my eyes out that I could have had my daughter get a cut, a shampio, hair color, and a style for less than that. All she had to say was that she was sorry. At 7:45pm Harmonys hair was done. Her hair was wet from the spay water that they used so I didn't really see what it really looked like. Once it dried, I had notice a bunch of mistakes. If I am paying that amount For A CHILD, it should almost be perfect. They are supposed to be well trained and educated on doing hair. I am going back in tomorrow morning demanding them to fix it at no cost and calling corperate as well to file a complaint and possibly get my money back. I will never go there again in my entire life. Oh, and when my daughter and I got in the car to leave, she started crying. I asked her what was wrong. She told me she was sorry. I said for what? She responded, that I cost you all your money. Poor girl thinks it is her fault. It is absolutely not her fault. I love her and will do anything for her no matter the cost. But that's besides the point. I should have not been charged that much, especially for a child. I can't believe I even rated this a 1 star. They don't even deserve it.
