We have purchased all of our appliances from BJ's for the past 30 years. People in the office are respectful and kind, and their service has always been prompt. I would never go to a big box store. Our daughter is moving into a new house and we will purchase all appliances at BJ's.

We needed a new refrigerator and wanted to give a local store our business. What a mistake that was. The shelves broke within the first year and the door gaskets didn’t seal tightly. We stopped in the store to discuss the problem with a salesman and he just shrugged his shoulders. He didn’t ask any questions or say they would try to help in any way. We like to shop locally but this store will not be getting our business any more.
