Convenient location. Customer service was beyond poor. The elder man didn't even speak and expected us to know what he was trying to say to us. Upset at how much paper he had to print maybe 10 pages and wanted to charge another $1 per page but states that no where in pricing.

I have seen molasses move faster. Directions were not clear. I did not get what what I expected because information and directions are not clear.

Unfortunately I can not give this company a negative star rating as the system won’t allow it, but believe me they do not deserve the one star I gave them. I was referred to C&C to update my address and get a travel ID. My father has been going to them for decades and has referred many people. NO MORE. The owner was so incredibly rude and condescending. Apparently I did not have a proper paperwork the first go around. No big deal, that’s on me. My husband then stoped in to confirm the necessary documents a couple days later. I then returned with what I thought was the proper documents only to be denied once again. Not only was the owner rude his employees were as well. I am a huge supporter of mom and pop type businesses so I chose to go to C&C. NEVER AGAIN! I would gladly go to the DMV daily than to be subjected to the experience at C&C. This company deserves to go under.

Sat over 35 minutes and never a hello a older gay hair gentlemen was sitting at the computer doing nothing why the store was full i mean nothing not even greeting people the lady was sweet must be nice to get paid for sitting around

I went in today to get current tags. There were 2 people working and I had the pleasure of dealing with Camella (I believe that is her name or close to it). She is the best person to deal with there. As I stated there were 2 people there today. The other was a man and at one point was yelling at an asian man trying to take an eye test..he had the audacity to tell this asian man that he would "send him to the eye doctor"...not in a joking or friendly way..If you go to this establishment...it is worth the wait to deal with Camella...she is very pleasant to deal with. The other person should take schooling on customer service. I was there 2 days prior to today and did not have a pleasant experience with him...It's impossible to talk to him without getting into a screaming match...I would give 5 stars if all employees were as helpful and considerate as Camella..
