Got in right away as soon as they opened. Definitely more expensive than I thought it would be. I know 3rd party mvd services cost more than DMV but it was $120 to transfer title & get my new car registered for 1 year. Girl was nice though and it felt good to get in and out. Came from Prescott where everything is appointment & out till November so happy to have gotten it done.. especially on a Sunday when most MVD places are closed
Fast , easy and polite service I received from all the employees here.
Very slow. Had to wait 3 hours for a driver’s license.
Waited less than 10 minutes, my transaction went terrific, smooth and polite. Explained everything to me since I have never bought a car in Arizona. Made sure I knew what to expect next and next year. Very thorough. Great service.
I understand anytime you have to contend with an agency that deals with the masses you expect direct, prompt and accurate requests and responses from the personnel. Many people who are accustomed to being catered to feel a certain discomfort with this form of impersonal posthaste transaction. A lengthy wait was also one of my expectations. I was flabbergasted when I was greeted by SUZY the attendant who was not only nice, polite, professional but performed her duties in a most timely manner. Combined with a centralized location and ample parking I was in and out in no time. Kudos to a job well done.
