I have suffered with hair loss & severe thinning for quite some time. I've been self conscious and embarrassed and avoided social situations that wouldn't allow me to wear a hat. I have tried several types of extensions, vitamins, hair masks, and finally decided to try a wig or topper. It took me 3 mos to muster up the courage to call Main Street Hair Solutions and ask for a consult and appointment. Within minutes of speaking with Margaret on the phone, she put me at ease. I came in with a friend for a 2 hour appointment and ended up taking way longer. (mine & my chatty friends fault) and she didn't rush me, she never made me feel like I didn't have time to make the right decision for me. She was patient(oh so patient) kind, informative and fun! I walked out with a topper and a wig! I can't wait to get more! Having hair again has brought back a confidence I haven't had in quite some time. It was my husband and I our first experience at a wig shop and Margaret made us feel so welcome and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and had spent a lot of time explaining throughly to us about wigs vs toppers. She is super patient, kind, helpful and without her I would’ve never have been able to find a piece for myself. 3hrs drive was well worth it and I will surely return.
Margaret is amazing! She is so sweet and kind and super helpful! She helped me learn all about the wigs she has and the diferent kinds there are. She helped me pick out the best wig for me and I am extremely happy for that cause the wig looks amazing, real and I love the color and style on me. I recommend that everyone should go see her for all hair needs cause she is the best. Thank you so much!
I took my mother to Main Street Hair Solutions a few weeks ago. We had a GREAT experience. Margaret was so patience and helpful. Mom tried on 8-10 wigs. So many styles and types to pick from. She found a perfect wig that day. She feels comfortable and very confident wearing it. We definitely will be back for more wigs in the future.
Amazing customer service! I never write reviews but I have been so impressed with the owner Margret. Since I lost my hair due to Chemo I was so nervous about getting a wig but she made the whole process easy! There are private rooms to try on wigs and she is so helpful! Thank you so much!
