The team works hard to get the best value for customers! They have a great attitude and the store is always clean and inviting!
Place was not very helpful. Employees did not seem to understand what they were doing and felt rude.
10 out of 10 would not recommend! Used to work here manager is condescending, self centered, spiteful person that only cares if it benefits him. And the assistant manager is confrontational, obtuse, and obstinately unwilling to work or actually know anything about her job. Would totally recommend the Eau Claire store if you need help or new service.
I came through here in my semi and the manager of the store went above and beyond to accommodate me. He helped me find a place to park my rig and held a phone for me. Samuel Beckett was the employee that helped me when I arrived. He was fantastic gave me a quick tutorial with the phone and even helped me find a near by store for accessories for my phone (the phone was so new sprint didn't have any in stock yet). Anytime I'm in Eau Claire and need a sprint this will always be where I end up.
2 Very nice young professionals dealt with my son's phone issues promptly and effective.
