Staff is friendly, service is fairly quick. I was pretty impressed with the service staff that worked on our car. My only criticism is that a short line can end up being a fairly long wait with the additional services available. And if you happen to get stuck in the middle of the line and change your mind about waiting, there's no way to leave the line without getting everyone in front or behind you to move.

I used your car wash few days ago and my car especially my front window did not come clean. I have used this for years and I am very disappointed. Dod you change the system??

They got the job done but customer service skills are lacking. They're not in a hurry to help. Convenient location would be my only reason to return.
