Whenever I head downtown and plan to use the light rail, this is were I park. The only times it's ever busy is when there events going on at Steele Park or downtown. The park and ride is right off Camelback. It has visibility, so I think it deters people from scoping out the cars parked there. The parking is free and most the spots are shade, which is a plus during the hot summer months. The light rail station is less than a 5 minute walk away heading east toward Central Ave. Oh, it's very clean and maintained.
