Unfortunately, this is the only pharmacy I can get my meds from. The customer service reps are kind, but I don't believe they are given any proper training. Constantly putting you on hold, repeating things I have already told them, and giving me the run around. I am an anxious wreck wondering if my medication will get shipped to me on time if at all. My entire week revolves around calling Acreedo multiple times a day to check on my medication status.

Horrible! Poor customer service. Unable to get orders correct, Unable to even get the correct person. Less than one star. No one has their act together here, even when clients are patient.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. They have messed up billing multiple times. They cannot keep track of when a prescription should be sent, even with it set up to automatically ship the same time every month. I wish I could get Express Scripts to fill my prescription directly, instead of making me deal with Accredo.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worthless. Don't waste your time. Terrible customer service. If you do attempt to stay on hold to talk to someone plan on not doing anything else for an hour. And even then they might hang up on you. Or worse, answer your call and then not help you. Truly. Go elsewhere.

I did 1 round of meds with them, they stated they wouldn't renew that med, I went and got another med with another pharmacy now they tell me that I owe them for the meds they didnt approve me for. $2600 worth. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
