Catalina pet hospital was horrible service the girls in the office are very rude they had a appointment to do surgery on my dog and I called that morning to confirm that I was on my way I got there at 10:05 and the girls said that they could not accept my dog because it was after 10 and I said nobody told me I had to be here by 10 she had a very big attitude with me she said that she tried to call my phone to let me know not to come if it was going to be after 10 and when I check my phone there was no call from that Veterinarian Service when I called to confront her about there was no call she said she was not the girl who actually called to leave a voicemail but she was sitting right in front of the girl who left a voicemail on my phone stating not to come in if it was going to be after 10 so I said wanted to check my voicemail and I'll call you back on my voicemail there was no message from anybody I had no messages whatsoever no call on my call log from them so I called back I spoke with the doctor and the doctor was not very helpful didn't offer an apology nothing of the sort when I was in the office to drop the dog off and they told me that I couldn't drop him off today because it was 5 after 10 she said oh we could probably bring them in tomorrow and then the other girl says oh no we're booked up all the way till the 21st I said so are you booked are you not booked because I need to get this done and I was told that I could get it done today on the schedule day and now because it's 5 minutes after you're not letting me get it done so she's like oh no she says we're booked so I guess we're booked then so I said we'll sign me up for the 21st so then they put me on the line with the doctor when I call to confront the girl about not leaving that voicemail and not even calling my phone and he's very unhelpful he says well I guess I could work through my lunch hour tomorrow and get them both done and I said no I don't want you to have to do that because I don't want you to be in a hurry I want you to take your time and do this procedure properly on my pet I said why I'm upset is the fact that these people are so rude and careless about this is a stressful time my dogs getting cancer removed from his chest there's no need for them to be rude and to lie they owe me an apology and he said that he would talk to them what else could he do for me I said I guess just put me down for the 21st but I will not be going back to this veterinarian this has been the worst experience ever and I have sent a couple of people to that same veterinarian prior to this and they had horrible experiences and I thought maybe it was just them but I guess that I was wrong it's not just that it's actually the staff and the doctor that run that place
