Had good service with them in the past. However when I call to setup an appointment and am told 2:30 Monday afternoon is going to work I expect my appointment to be good to go. Then I get asked if I called to confirm. Shouldn't the person who set my appointment up have called me to confirm? This is ridiculous. Had my tires I wanted swapped on in the back of my vehicle thinking they will get done. I guess not. This location will not get business from me ever again.

First and last visit. Way too much drama for a tire shop. With that being said, after I returned home I noticed that one of my valve stems weren't replaced with a new one AND I found one of my wheels still had a old wheel weight on it that was broken. It looked like he couldn't get the whole thing to come off so he just left it. ud83eudd26‍♂ufe0f I don't have patience for incompetence so I simply won't be returning here.
