Had a pretty significant issue with a set of wheels I ordered. Michael from customer service was great, and worked hard with management to make it right.nnIf the wheels were as good as michael, I would have never had a issue.
I have had to email this company several times about questions and concerns I had. I have spoken to a couple different people on different occasions and they have been incredibly helpful each time! Madison helped me with an issue I had today. I ordered some Avid1 Av19 wheels and Nankang tires and they are in perfect condition and super happy with shipping. Definitely will buy from them again!
Definitely recommend. I had some issues with the wheels that were sent, but after emailing pictures of the issue, Collin reached out to me and got everything corrected. Understanding that everyone makes mistakes, the end result is what counts. So, I have bought 2 sets of wheels and tires from custom offsets, the second set was Arkon wheels with a custom tire set-up. I had terrible balance issues with the tires, multiple shops performing road force balancing etc, after months of me sending pictures and bar codes etc my man Hector stayed on top of the tire manufacturer and took very good care of me, sending emails along the way letting me know that he was on top of things! His customer service was bar none and he has a customer for life!
I have to admit Arkon really did an amazing job designing their wheels! Awesome wheels and great service!
