I have now officially been waiting to speak with someone over the phone for an hour. I am trying to figure out why a letter that I sent over 2 weeks ago has not arrived at it's destination yet. Unfortunately, I am out money due to this, as it was for my small business. Even more unfortunately, I can't speak with someone to see if there was an issue mailing it out or not, since no one will answer my call.

I’ve tried twice now to mail a 3D card with a gift card inside. Mind you this barely weighs anything and is only going to Arizona. I put 4 stamps. Which is the same amount I use when mailing all the way to Ohio... after the first time it was put back into the P.O. box I went to their machine followed all instructions to a t. It was weighed and I even marked it didn’t already have postage so I’d have extra postage. It was not mailed out AGAIN and they’re saying I need more postage. Its by their own machines standards! What the hell do I have to pay to mail a card to Arizona?!

Hello..so i am moving and i cant go to the local Post Office because I'm in Quarantine still...so i called the main number..and got to talk to a Lady named Diann...the most Helpful Nice and very Understanding of my situation!! She searched for so many ways to help me...she finally figured out a way to help me...because i did not have a normal situation...its so nice to come across people who will go out of their way to help you..Thankyou Diann!!!

The supervisor of the post office is awesome . I wish I had Gotten her name but she drove to my house to help me find my package, which she thankfully found.
