I had Copycat come and trouble shoot my hot tub to see if it could be fixed. They were very informative, friendly and professional as they were in my property. Stopped at copycat to get a piece of 3' stovepipe and an elbow with a 8 /6 reducer....after 2 guys in there 40s spent 45 minutes in the back room looking, they came up with a hodge podge of stovepipe they assured me would work $164 later and and hour of screwing around in my garage trying to make the wrong pipe they assured me would work. I went to ACE hardware in spooner withing 6 minutes a 16 year old kid with a tape measure put together a stovepipe assembly that slid right on to my stove total bill $38. If your looking to get price gouged for the wrong product /supplies Copycats your place!!!

We just had a fireplace and rock face installed by Copycat Hearth and Home. They are the best.nWe talked to Bill four times before we decided to buy. He even came out two times in one day to help us decide where to put the fire place. We appreciated Bill’s professionalism, recommendations and honesty.nThe installers, Kyle and Rich, asked our opinion before and during the installation. Again their professionalism, recommendations, and honesty was impressive. When they were done the only thing they left behind was the fire place. The area was spotless.nIf we were rich,we would take them out for a fine supper.

I called the company to come out and look at my fireplace. When the technician arrived I was surprised he wasn’t wearing a mask. When I asked about the mask he replied, “I choose not to wear a mask.” It is, certainly, his right to choose, it’s also my right to refuse entry to my private property if a service person refuses to wear a mask. Which I did. When I asked him to leave, he became belligerent saying, “You called me!”. I informed him that I didn’t call him, I called his company and they sent him.nnI called the company again and was shocked to discover the owner has no concern about the coronavirus. I’m surprised to find a company that has no protocol for dealing with customers face to face at a time like this. How can someone be that uncaring?nnAs I spoke with the owner I asked if I should be looking for some other company to do this job. She said, “Yes, you should find somebody else.”nnIf you’re concerned about coronavirus or have a loved one who’s in a higher risk category, you’d be wise to look elsewhere for service.
