Finding a good mechanic is never a simple matter. Finding a good one with as much honesty and integrity as this business possesses is just about impossible. The first time one of my vehicles ended up in this shop, I was sadly prepared to have to purchase a new transmission. You can imagine my excitement when I got the phone call the next day that the problem was only a rock stuck in my passing gear. Since that day I couldn't imagine trusting anyone else with my transmission work. I would give them five stars across the board but since they run such a good business, it always seems they are busy.
The only reason I am giving this shop one star is because there isn't a lower rating. We had our transmission replaced by them two years ago. Since then, they have had to replace it two more times, thus bringing the total to three transmissions. And now, here we sit, again, on the side of the road thus bringing the total to FOUR tansmissions! FOUR transmissions in 2 years. You be the judge!
