Great repair shop. Really helped us out after I went deer hunting with the car :(. Very professional and really know their stuff. Car looks better than when I bought it. Really cleaned interior nice also. Wish I could give more than five stars.

Thank goodness I went to diamond collision. They totally work with the customer (You) and not for the insurance company. I had progressive ... not any more .... I would not recommend progressive after my experience. First of all I had them for about 7 or 8 years , my car is a 2013 Cadillac ATS with 62,xxx miles on it it’s stored in the winter .mostly driven to church on sundays ud83dude01. Its very clean. I’ve never been in a accident . I never have gotten a speeding ticket or hit a deer in the 12 years I’ve lived in Wisconsin . I have keep full coverage on my car Wich is about $1,000 a year , I also had 4 more vehicles with progressive as well . So this is my first time ever making a claim .n#1 I live in a small town , we like to keep our business local . Progressive told me I HAD to go 1/2 hour away to one of their in network collision centers . Progressive said it’s the only way it would be under warranty. That’s a fat lie I learned that I can go to any place of my choice like I said we keep it local . Diamond backs up all their work , they guarantee it and warranty it too.n#2 progressive wants to send you to A place of their choice because they work together in finding and putting used parts and aftermarket parts to put your car back together . Wich I don’t agree with that’s why I pay for full coverage .n# 3 It was a fight the whole way , I felt like I was being interrogated thru the whole process. Instead of trying to help you I had to argue with them to fix what was damaged . There was certain things that they wouldn’t cover , but then again that’s why I have full coverage .n# 4 the radio , when I hit the deer something under the hood got dislodge or whatever but my entire console all the lights every warning light came on flashed and went blank , the next morning I see my radio was broke in the inside internal damage . If you know Cadillacs they are one big computer , If the touch screen is broke everything is broke , windows don’t go down I can’t tell what speed I’m going at ect ect. They argued they don’t know how that could happen during the hit and wouldn’t fix it . so I told them to total it out then with out that the car is useless. Finally they agreed . The radio they had found and had sent to Diamond was even more damaged then mine . Diamond informed me it came from a salvaged car out of a junk yard in Texas . It looked like it had been kicked down a sidewalk . There was no way I was accepting that . The inside of my car is mint the back seat has only been sat in about a dozen times in 7 years I keep my car clean there was no way I was putting that in . Diamond helped told me to call progressive say I would file a claim against the person at progressive and talk straight to a supervisor, so I did and they agreed to put a brand new one in my car . After a argumentn# 5 a switch plate under my car was broke the part was $80 bucks they wouldn’t cover that after their investigation of the claim they said they couldn’t see how the deer could of broke it . After another argument, how the hell would I know how it got broke the car never been in accident before the deer hit so then again talked to a supervisor they agreed to fix the part I was so mad they are that petty and wouldn’t fix a $ 80 dollar part .nAfter this is all said and done I dropped progressive. If it wasn’t for diamond helping me thru this step by step I would of gotten my car back worse then it was . With nothing but used and after market parts in my car . And also when I bought the car new off the lot it was $52,000 dollars . It’s all paid for , I actually paid an extra $3,000 to get the paint job I wanted and diamond matched it perfect ud83dudc4c. It looks so nice , can’t even tell it got hit by a deer . Thank you diamond for not letting me get punked around by progressive and getting my car fixed the right way
