I called and inquired about my transaction. Explained to a man named Kevin exactly what I needed for an inspection. He say they could do it and told me what I needed to do. I had everything ready. Waited in line the first day but they were busy so I came back the next right when they opened. Attempted to get my inspection done. The man up front was extremely rude. He talked over me. Did not allow me to finish my sentences telling me they couldn't do it. I attempted to explain that I had called and talked to someone the day before. Again he talked over me. Instead of being unruly I waited patiently. He did offer a phone number for someone that may assist me. I understand if they cannot complete a transaction. But do not tell someone you can and then deny them when they arrive. Based on the responses to other reviews, i do not see any attempt to improve thier business. You are either happy with them or not. There is not attempt in any of them to correct any issues that any of them had experienced. I expect nothing less of mine. They have lost my few dollars from a first impression.

No one wears masks in this establishment even though it’s a state wide mandate. This is probably due to all the Trump paraphernalia that’s hung up around the building. If you have any health concerns I recommend going somewhere else. If you want friendly and considerate service go somewhere else. *Update: yes, I have been there & I was a customer :) Nice professionalism (sarcasm). You’re more than entitled to your political preferences nothing wrong with that, however, there is something wrong with not following a state wide mandate to control a global health pandemic that’s literally killing people (people in your community). Just curious who’s responding to the reviews on google, Kevin, Joy, Erik, or Serena Wells?
