Older home park, average maintenance, but starting to get a better class of people, less drugs and deadbeats. Overall, I might consider living there.

What is the managers job because she says it's not her job to deal with anything around here so why is she here .

The place is dirty and run down.

Lot of crazy people have been going there. There use to be security, now lots of people do drugs there.
