Cactus Gardens Mobile Home Prk

Have a family friend that lives here and has for years....nice,clean well maintained place...quiet and cozy...they got new owners and a new coat of paint on the exterior...the perfect little place to call home....the interiors are well laid out and spacious and assigned parking is right outside your home...neighbors are friendly yet not intrusive or "busy-bodies"....all units are 2 bed / 1 bath and just the right size for a new family starting out or a retiree just enjoying the beauty of the north valley....and close to many shopping destinations...freeways and the scenic beauty of the desert....

It's a decent place, I'm not really into the whole mobile home parks but this one isn't the worst iv seen or with people living there as well. It's got potential. 3 stars

Quaint little trailer park. Older places, so a few quirks... still a safe and quiet place to live. Landlord is firm, yet understanding. Neighbors are the best!

Very Clean and priced fairly, The landlord was very kind to me on a personal level and the location is near a Mountain Preserve. Good group of people residing there.5 stars.

so not peaceful. land lord scam artist and trailers full of roaches and bed bugs and ect.. not a place to live no way no how u can find better, we lived there 10+ years. land lord tried scam us saying we never paid rent then tried kicking us out.. also very important theses trailers are a health risk.. black mold every where. land lord will denies it.
