Recently purchased a used tractor and new snow blower from Kyle in Pulaski. The tractor was accurately represented and the blower is new, so everything is good there. My only bit of constructive criticism would be for more frequent communication from Kyle, as I had to call and email for updates. Katie in service was very helpful and I would recommend both Kyle and Katie for your equipment needs.

Patty in the Pound store needs to step it up some , she does not listen to the customer. My husband called ahead to make sure the parts he needed for the lawn tractor mower were available . He explained the type of equipment (model number given to her by him ) she became very sharp, and are sure what the model you have ...come on - he just gave her the correct model and what he needed for the parts (belts) She assured him they were in stock . He said ,”he would be there to pick them up approximately over a hour and half “. She never used the file system, you have set up that has the proper listing of equipment parts for the your machine that you have purchased from your company. Patti handed to him the belts . He did question if if this was the correct belts , she said they were . Husband again repeated the model X590.nHusband traveled hour and half (one way) home only to fine the belt were the incorrect ones ( not the first time she has done this with the parts - figured she was having a bad day @ that time , gave her the benefit of doubt at that time).nSo, again hour and half travel (one way) returned the belts to correct the error made by Patti . My husband took the partial shedded old belt and the second belt from our machine with him to measure .nHe did find that the second trip was a success for the correct parts, but she said this would more $$$$ . Too bad she could not follow direction at first... !!! Manager got involved, husband told him what happen , apparently this was not the first time this occurred this day.nnWe also have called ahead other times and gave needed different part numbers for our equipment purchased from your company , we were assured parts were in stock (showing that they in your computer system ) only to get to your store they were out of stock , they were never deleted as from your stock... giving you a pop up notice that they needed to be reordered...
