Matt did a great job in getting rid of our mice issue and would highly recommend Titletown Lawn and Pest Pros.

We had a great experience with TitleTown's Pest Pros. We had mice in our pantry, basement, and attic. We tried handling it on our own, but we needed help. Matt sealed off the spaces around our home, and made sure to check in often until our pest problem was resolved. We've been mouse free for the rest of the winter. We'll definitely be calling in the spring if the ants make their way in!

Titletown was prompt with returning my call for a quote on mice extermination. They perform exterior barriers and weekly monitoring where other companies do quarterly monitoring. I feel they were able to eliminate my problem with their weekly monitoring much sooner than other companies.

I wanted to take some time and talk about my amazing experience with Matt and Cory at TitleTown Pest Pros. I originally reached out to Matt back in October 2017 when I had a mouse problem. I can'ttelll you how impressed and happy I am with them both. Other businesses I have called before either couldn't schedule me in for over a week, extremely expensive or quite honestly had no experience with their company that they couldn't answer all my questions.nWell TitleTown has overcome all of those issues!! The first day I called and spoke to Matt, he was at my house within 2 hours of taking my phone call... Talk about speedy service!!! Within 2 minutes of talking on the phone, not only did Matt answer every question, but also went into detail about his business. He told me about what they do in their company, the products they use, how its safe for adults, children and pets and even showed me how the mice were getting into my home. And most importantly.... It was affordable!!nEven in the midst of doing their first inspection, Cory ended up finding a HUGE ground bees nest. Without hesitation Matt and Cory jumped into action and took care of all the bees within minutes... And without bee suits I might add!!nI was so impressed with how thorough they were from beginning to end every time they came back to monitor and check up on the bait traps. It put my mind at ease just knowing that there was no more mice getting in, they were all being removed safely out of my home, and the fact that I didn't have to worry going outside with my children and being stung by bees.nFast forward to last week. We had 4 months of no activity (no mouse droppings or bugs) until I noticed that there were stink bugs and spiders getting into my home. I was on the phone right away calling the famous Matt and Cory with TitleTown. I couldn't believe I called them at 8pm Monday night and they were here by 9am the next morning!!! They went through and sprayed inside and outside of our entire house. They went room to room and made sure every vent, window and corner was sprayed! Later that day I thought I had seen a few mouse droppings again. They came back out and laid a few new traps out to see if there was any activity. They checked to see if there were any new holes and to make sure the old holes were still blocked/filled.... which they were. After a couple of days there was not one nibble in any of the 3 traps. I was so happy to know that their products worked and still are working.nI know I am writing a book, but I can't tell you enough how AMAZING TitleTown Pest Pros are. I'm so pleased with them that I offically signed up with their 1 year contract with them!! I feel good knowing that if we have any issues with bugs, mice, bees etc, I can trust Matt and Cory to come take care of the job. I have referred a few of my friends also and were extremely impressed with their work and took care of their mice and bee issue as well. I wish I could rate them higher than a 5 star.nIn the end I am so grateful for what these guys do and you will be too!! If you or anyone that you know has these type of issues, please don't hesisitate to call them. You will never be disappointed and I can guarantee that!!
