Excellent! Except for the young punk with terrible customer service skills behind the counter. I walked in, made eye contact with him, and I noticed he wasn't busy, so I walked up to him at counter when I noticed the other employees were busy with other customers. As soon as I got to counter, the phone rang, not even a whole 1st ring, and the little s.o.b. grabs the phone and started taking the phone customers order, and totally disregarded me and made me wait till his phone call was over, while looking right at me. I wanted to slap the little punk, so I had to wait for the other employee to help me instead. Phone calls are meant to be answered, don't get me wrong, but at least tell them to hold for a minute, while you deal with the person waiting right in front of you. Total b.s. if ya ask me. Yep. Just my two cents.
Manage customers very well. Sometimes it gets pretty busy, but they get people in and out fairly quickly. I've bought numerous parts for my '98 Riviera from them and it all has lasted. Returns are easy as well. Thanks guys!
I'll never go back. I was there for 30 minutes and never got a hi so I left.
Excellent staff very knowledgeable and quite helpful, I get all of my parts here. They also deal with tractor parts, HD truck, snowplow equipment, snowmobiles and recreational off road vehicles like quads etc. This place is definitely not your average parts store, with the can do attitude they have it is the only place to go.nThey also make hydraulic hoses while you wait.
