Customer service is awesome
Every time I come here and I enter the store nobody greets me. I thought maybe it was just the day the employees were having. So I entered today and no greeting again. So another group of people walk in behind me and they got a greeting. I’m not going to point any elbows here but I definitely say that it’s not cool and I think I know why I get this response

Love the shoes, that's all my grandson wanted. Thanks to the rep that gave me a discount code prior to my going to the store, it helped save me on the 2 pairs I bought for him yesterday. The store employees?! that's another subject. Sitting on the top of the chairs, gabbing away with each other, then finally a young gal approaches and I ask if they have a foot measurer, she says it was stolen. A shoe store that CAN'T MEASURE A KID'S FOOT? RIDICULOUS! Seems to me there could he some beneficial activities these young 'sales people' could engage in when it's not busy, and could acknowledge customers when they enter. Love the shoes, wish they had small men's shirts to look at.
