Dr Spika is one of the most arrogant Doctor I have seen in my life, his knowledge is far below average and if you reason with him he gets mad.nMr David, There are many intelligent people that come to you and they have every reason to question your decision on medicines. You should be polite and be accommodating to your patients in all respects.

I recently saw Dr. Spika regarding an injury of mine. He listened to all my concerns, asking a good number of questions, all the while being very attentive to my injury. Multiple blood tests were issued to rule out other factors. It was a very thorough examination, and he referred me to an occupational therapist who is currently helping with my recovery.
