Writing this review without even visiting. I live far from Green bay and call them to set up an appointment for an inspection and they took my VIN and told me there is a recall and need time to get the parts and set up appointment on a later date(2 weeks). Couple days before the appointment i get a call saying they haven't ordered parts and need VIN to order. Unacceptable...nnEdit: they fixed it, got a call that they have the needed parts and i can get the recall done for the same scheduled appointment.nnEdit: Staff are fantastic. I feel like a total A hole writing above after talkng to the staff here..
This was my first time here. I was very satisfied with the service. Great business with great knowledgeable service. I'll come there for my motorcycle needs✊
Fast and friendly service and really nice people
Outstanding sales group. Honest, helpful, and trustworthy. The parts department was enjoyable to work with and had all the additional parts I needed. I will continue to drive/ride the 280 miles to deal with them!
The owner (and other staff) at Tyler's are great people, very friendly and hospitable. The owner has a passion for motorcycling and he shares that passion and makes you feel like he is there to help you on your riding journey. The store has wide range of bikes, a large inventory, and a good selection of accessories.
