I had a prescription called in on a Thursday evening at 5:45pm. I called ahead to let them know they should be expecting one for me and provided insurance info to help speed along the process.nI showed up at 7:45pm to pick it up and they tell me they have no record of a prescription for me, so I left and called my doctor to verify the prescription was called in, and they confirmed it had been.nI called CVS back and asked them to check again and they put me on hold for four minutes and when they came back on all they had for me was “uhhhh, yeah I guess we do have your prescription. It will be ready in 20min.”nVery sorry to have my account moved here due to the Shopko Express closing.

I went in looking for something in the pharmacy department. I looked for a few minutes on my own then went to the counter where there was 3 people standing there. One worker ever made eye contact with me and she went back to her work without even acknowledging me.

Pharmacy never answers the phone, I’ve called on five different occasions and am put on hold for five minutes before I hung up because no one answers.
