After a bad experience today I came on here to just look at some reviews and see if there was anyone else feeling the same. After my appt today I called pharmacy to pick up the prescription the wrote me come to find my insurance didnt cover if called them the nurse didn't even listen to me as I have a guy doc ahe says okay yeah I'll talk to her and we'll call u back so after they didnt call back I called them and spoke to the first lady that had to transfer me to the nurses and once she did someone answered the phone and put me back on hold. Noone ever answered. Initially whenni was in my appt I had a bad feeling because the assistant nurse was pretty much telling me super rudely she didnt understand why I was there when I just finished thoroughly explaining the situation to her. I feel super unheard and they just completely wasted my time I'm irate. And came out of there in the same situation because the nurse wont do her job. I'll be looking elsewhere for a dermatologist that actually cares about there patients.

It was my first experience at the clinic and Kurt addressed my concerns thoroughly. All the staff members I had contact with (during COVID-19 time) were pleasant and friendly. Thank you all for your taking care of us during this uneasy and challenging time.
